Service and Scope
VPNKZ provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, covering 120+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes subscription access in your account, client download links, and connection configurations. The user panel shows which items are currently available.
Your subscription provides a connection service for the agreed traffic allowance and term. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. You must still meet each destination service’s regional, eligibility, and usage requirements. A successful network connection does not guarantee that a third party will allow access.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription link, and imported configuration secure. These details can be used to access your account and should not be made public or handled by untrusted tools. If you notice an unusual login or a leaked configuration, change your credentials promptly and report the issue by submitting a ticket.
The service allows unlimited devices online and is intended for the account holder’s own devices. Unlimited devices does not permit distribution to others: reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, sharing credentials or subscription links, and connecting an account to a commercial proxy service for others are prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Compliance Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any regions involved in your use of the service. You are responsible for confirming that you have the required authorization for your access. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, sending malicious requests, or disrupting network operations.
Automated tools are also subject to these terms. Do not affect other users through bulk connections, malicious traffic, or attempts to evade resource management. If suspected abuse is detected, VPNKZ may investigate related connection anomalies and take measures proportionate to the risk.
Service Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, destination service policies, and maintenance schedules. VPNKZ does not guarantee that every destination service will be reachable from every region at all times. Routes may change due to maintenance, faults, or changes to external networks. If you encounter an issue, try switching routes first, then submit a ticket with the error message.
The service uses bank-grade encryption, but network acceleration does not replace device security, account access controls, or data backups. Responsibility for issues caused by third-party service outages, user configuration errors, or uncontrollable external events will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used unlawfully, resold or shared, used to cause malicious interference, used to steal another person’s access privileges, or involved in another material breach of these terms, VPNKZ may suspend the relevant connections, restrict subscription access, or terminate the account. Any action will be proportionate to the nature and risk of the violation. To address an urgent risk, access may be suspended before an investigation.
If you disagree with the outcome, submit a ticket through the user panel with details of what happened and any necessary supporting evidence. Do not submit your password or complete subscription link. You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for instructions.
Changes to the Terms and Communication
VPNKZ may update these terms if the services, operational arrangements, or applicable rules change. The month of the latest update will be shown on this page. Material changes affecting subscription benefits or user responsibilities will be explained in a site announcement or the user panel, including when and how the changes apply, so you can review them before continuing to use the service.
Updates to these terms will not retroactively reduce rights in existing orders that are protected by law. If you cannot accept a change, stop the affected use and contact us by submitting a ticket. See the privacy policy for information about how account data is handled.
