Cross-border access and multi-device use
VPNKZ is a network acceleration subscription for international travelers, remote workers, and people who use global websites every day. With coverage in 120+ countries and 180+ routes, it supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices so you can use the same subscription on your computer and on the go.
Choose a route for your needs
When choosing a route, first check the region requirements of the service you want to use, then compare how IEPL, relay, and direct connections perform on your network. A nearby route isn’t always the best-performing option, and results during peak evening hours are worth checking separately. VPNKZ recommends comparing routes on the same device and for the same use case. See the route selection guide for tips. Access to international platforms remains subject to their regional checks and terms of use.
Issue Reporting and Support
If you have connection issues, first check your plan status, subscription updates, and client settings. Then use the dashboard’s support ticket page to share when the issue occurred, which route you used, and any error message. Describe the issue, but don’t include your password or full subscription link. This service offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for how to request one and the applicable terms.
No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPNKZ follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Connections are protected with bank-grade encryption. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. We collect only the information needed to provide subscriptions, process orders, and resolve issues. A no-logs policy doesn’t replace good device security, so keep your subscription link safe. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.
